Katherine Phillips appointed ABL Group CTO

Katherine Phillips has been appointed to the newly created role of Chief Transformation Officer to ABL Group, sitting on the Group’s executive management team, and leading ABL Group’s growth aspirations, ESG programme and future mergers & acquisitions (M&A).

Phillips takes on the role following over two years as Managing Director of OWC. Under her leadership, OWC has seen spectacular growth, with over 200 employees and counting, and the expansion of the company’s footprint to a number of strategic locations worldwide.

With a background in structural engineering, Phillips has specialised in offshore structures, with experience across both oil & gas and offshore wind market sectors.

Phillips started her new role on the 28th August.
