GRUBER Logistics SpA has received certification for its Gender Equality Management System, compliant with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard!

To achieve their goals, they’ve already taken important steps: A Steering Committee for Equal Opportunities has been established to guide and monitor gender equality initiatives.

They’ve introduced a Strategic Plan for Equality with clear objectives, making their efforts measurable and transparent.

For critical situations, a confidential channel for reporting harassment and discrimination is now in place to ensure every voice is heard and appropriate action can be taken.

Regular training sessions on respect, harassment prevention, and equality are strengthening awareness and fostering a culture of mutual understanding.
