MH Supply Chain Limited (MHSCL), the joint venture established by Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (Motherson), has appointed its Management team.

The new leadership team took up its roles in October 2026, marking the start of the company´s operations. The Management team includes Gordon Barnard as Chief Executive Officer, Prashant Goyal as Chief Operating Officer, Arun Parackal as Chief Digital Officer, and Nayan Malpani as Chief Financial Officer.

Combining strong operational, digital and regional expertise from both parent organizations, the appointed leaders are well placed to guide MHSCL into its next phase of development. Gordon Barnard and Arun Parackal have both previously worked for Hellmann IMEA, as Chief Commercial Officer and VP Customer Excellence and Digital Transformation & Innovation, respectively. Prashant Goyal joined the leadership team from Motherson, where he served as Chief Operating Officer Logistics, and Nayan Malpani joined from Alpha Shipping, where he served as CFO.

Hellmann and Motherson announced the establishment of their joint venture in March 2026 to address the growing complexity of global automotive supply chains. As vehicle production becomes increasingly international and interconnected, manufacturers and suppliers face growing requirements for integrated, flexible and digitally enabled logistics solutions. This trend is reflected in global production, which reached 96.4 million vehicles in 2025, up 3.9% from the previous year, according to the International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (OICA). MHSCL addresses these requirements by combining Hellmann’s global logistics network and 3PL and 4PL capabilities with Motherson’s global expertise in Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Assembly and Logistics (D.E.M.A.L.), proving a strong foundation for scalable, end-to-end supply chain solutions across regions.

Regional leadership of MHSCL will be assumed by Miller Machado for the Americas, Balazs Kalmar for Europe and Special Projects, Renee Abrahamse for the Middle East, Africa and Global EXIM, Rupesh Jha for South East Asia, and Jackey Liu for China. Ajay Rohira will take on the role of Head of Global 3PL Sourcing and Procurement and Suruchi Bahal as HR Director for MHSCL.

“With this leadership team in place, MHSCL is ready to move from set-up into execution. Our focus will be on building a high-performance logistics platform that delivers greater transparency, agility and control for automotive supply chains worldwide,” said Gordon Barnard, Chief Executive Officer of MH Supply Chain Limited.
